SPARC

South Plains Auxiliary Radio Communications is an organization based in the south plains region of Texas focused on serving our communities with radio communications expertise. We put priority on interoperability and collaboration. Bringing multiple emergency communications organizations and community groups together to be ready to serve in any emergency situation or regional need for communications.
